Psychotherapist

I received my Masters in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University in 2016. I have experience working with diverse populations/backgrounds in a multitude of therapeutic settings: outpatient, residential and school based sites. I have strong experience working with families and couples. I have a passion for helping individuals heal from traumatic experiences and help families heal while understanding the impact of multigenerational trauma. I treat marriage and family relationship problems as well as individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, grief, trauma and women dealing with postpartum issues. I use an integrative approach to therapy that draws from cognitive-behavioral, gestalt, solution- focused, and client centered therapies. I am bilingual and offer unique skills working with Spanish speaking clients.
