I have almost 20 years of mental health experience providing care to children, teens, adults, couples, families and groups. I am licensed to independently provide psychotherapy in California and New York. Obtained my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and an Educational Doctor Degree in Counseling Psychology with emphasis in Forensic Psychology. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing as well as other brief and holistic approaches.  I am also EMDR certified. I have experience working with a wide range of patients including those referred by EAP, severe trauma, personality disorders, and for the last 7 years have been working in adult crisis and suicide prevention teams. I am bilingual and is comfortable conducting therapy in Russian and English.
