Stephanne Pleshette, LCSW

I am licensed in both California and New York and have been with LGTC since early 2017. I have been practicing and teaching psychotherapy for many years in both states. I work with individuals, couples and families. Before joining LGTC, I was a senior member of the VA’s Mental Health care team in San Jose and a director of an outpatient Mental Health Center in NY’s Hudson Valley. I specialize in supportive therapy and have been extensively trained in Family Systems work, DBT, CBT, CBT-I, IFS, and several other modalities which I incorporate into my interventions, as appropriate.
