I am a licensed clinical social worker, who received a Master’s Degree  from California State University, Sacramento. I have over 5 years experience working in the mental health field. I specialize in working with adolescents,  teens,  adults, families and couples. The therapeutic modalities that I utilize in my intervention practices are; CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, Client Centered Therapy, Play Therapy and Trauma-Informed Therapy. I am skilled in working with people that have struggled with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD duel diagnosis, relationship dysfunction, and family conflict. I am passionate about uplifting, empowering and motivating others to become the best versions of themselves and  assisting them with learning effective ways to manage as well as cope with their mental health symptoms.
