Mirela Young, LMFT

I received my Bachelors of Arts in 2005 from University of California, Davis in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and my Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy in 2009. I am trained in CBT, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I have experience working with young children, teens and adults who are experiencing social/emotional challenges, relationship conflict, symptoms of depression and anxiety, suicidality, and self-esteem. I am endorsed as a Transdisciplinary Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health Practitioner. I have training in working with children with autism and ADHD diagnosis.
