Mariam Ter-Petrosyan, Psy.D

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in behavioral medicine. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from UCLA, and a Master’s in psychology and Doctor of Psychology degrees from the University of La Verne. I have completed an APA-accredited predoctoral internship at Eastern Virginia Medical School, within the adult medical inpatient specialization training track. I have also completed a 2-year APA-accredited postdoctoral fellowship at the Veterans Affairs Long Beach Healthcare System. The fellowship is specialty-accredited in Rehabilitation Psychology, and focused on working with individuals with acquired physical disabilities. Currently, I provide comprehensive assessment services, including pre-surgical evaluations and cognitive evaluations. I am an ongoing faculty member in local community colleges, and enjoy sharing my psychology knowledge with others. I speak English and Armenian, and will gladly provide services in either language.
