My array of experience includes psychopharmacology, Mindfulness Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy for insomnia and nightmares.  I enjoy collaborating with my patients to find the optimal modalities of treatment to assist in their recovery, inclusive of holistic approaches to wellness.

I first started utilizing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) while working for the Department of Defense.  I was treating Active Duty Members with Major Depression resistant to psychotropic medications and psychotherapy.  Intrigued by the positive response my patients were having to TMS, I knew it was a treatment I wanted to incorporate further, as research explored its use in clinical disorders such as PTSD, OCD and Neuropathic Pain.  Later introduction of esketamine nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression has been another welcome addition to the arsenal of treatments I have utilized for my patients.
