I am a United States Air Force Veteran and former business woman who has devoted the last 15 years to working in the Mental Health field. I have a MA in Counseling Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, and a BS in Business/Accounting from San Jose State University. I have worked as a therapist in non-profit organizations, hospice, an adult residential facility, and as the Clinic Director for post-secondary support program. I have experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with diverse backgrounds and variety of concerns. I am a holistic, person-centered therapist and uses an eclectic approach to therapy, which utilizes CBT/DBT, Narrative, Somatic, Strength-Based Therapy, Transpersonal Therapy, Animal-assisted Therapy, and more.
