Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, holistic mental health care. I earned my BSN from the University of San Francisco in 2010 and spent over a decade as a nurse at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, caring for medical-surgical and psychiatric patients while deepening my appreciation for the mind-body connection.

I earned my master’s degree from the University of California, San Francisco, where I trained in the mental health care of children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical training also included a longitudinal rotation with Osher Center at UCSF where I focused on integrative approaches to various mental health challenges such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, and sleep disorders by blending psychotherapy, mindfulness, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and medication management when appropriate.

I also have a strong interest in psychedelic-assisted therapy and have additional experience working as a nurse in a clinic that provides ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). My approach is collaborative and client-centered, helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions with warmth, presence, and evidence-based care.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy meditation, breathwork, movement, playing music, and spending time in nature.
