Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Program
Our 16-week Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers specialized Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adults seeking evidence-based support in emotional regulation, relationships, and overall mental well-being.

Life as an adult can be complex, overwhelming, and emotionally demanding—especially when you’re struggling to manage intense emotions, navigate difficult relationships, or break free from unhelpful patterns. If you often feel stuck, reactive, or emotionally drained, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep doing it on your own.
Our 16-week Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program is designed specifically for adults who are ready to make meaningful, lasting change. Grounded in proven psychological principles and delivered in a flexible hybrid format, this program offers a powerful blend of structure, support, and skill-building. Whether you’re looking to gain better control over your emotions, improve your relationships, or simply feel more grounded in your daily life, DBT can help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
This is more than just talk therapy—it’s an active, skills-based approach originally developed to treat borderline personality disorder (BPD). Today, it’s considered the gold standard for BPD and is widely used to address other personality disorders and co-occurring conditions. This treatment focuses on transforming how you respond to stress, how you relate to others, and how you care for yourself.

Program Highlights
Our DBT program is delivered in a focused 16-week cycle, giving participants a clear, progressive path to develop new skills and apply them in everyday life.
With a mix of in-person and virtual sessions, our hybrid model offers both flexibility and the option for face-to-face connection—designed to meet the needs of busy adults.
Designed to support adults who face ongoing emotional challenges and can be especially helpful for those dealing with chronic suicidal thoughts, self-harming behaviors, or difficulty managing intense emotions.
