Residential services are 24/7 care treatment facilities where clients reside in the home and are given round-the-clock treatment from specialized providers and mental health experts.

Willow Glen Residential:

Eating Disorder Program.

 

Our Willow Glen residential eating disorder program, is a highly structured and supportive 24-hour treatment that centers around cooperation, engagement, and unapologetic self-love.

Located in a newly remodeled house with ample outdoor space in San Jose, CA, this program is for adolescents ages 12-17 of all genders.

Our residential treatment includes psychotherapy, nutrition, and medical and psychiatric services. Weekly activities include CBT, DBT, self-compassion, food and feelings, social skills, expressive art therapy, ACT, ERP, and more.

Our multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, licensed marriage and family therapists, registered dietitian nutritionists, and licensed clinical social workers who provide integrated, evidence-based, empathetic mental health treatment for children, adolescents, and their families. We offer a holistic and individualized approach to treatment, working alongside patients throughout their recovery journey.

Cambrian Park Residential:

Mental Health Program.

 

Cambrian Park is a primary mental health residential home for six clients at a time. It is a highly structured and supportive 24-hour treatment program that centers around an individualized, client-centered approach to each client’s primary mental health concerns. LGTC Cambrian focuses on treating severe depression, psychosis, debilitating anxiety, gender-affirming care, behavioral disorders, suicide ideation/attempt, OCD, and co-morbid disorders, including eating disorders and substance use disorders. We treat active psychosis with use of CBT-P, the only evidenced-based treatment for psychosis.

Located in a newly remodeled house with ample outdoor space in San Jose, CA, this program is for adolescents of all genders, ages 12-17.

Our residential treatment includes psychotherapy and psychiatric services. Weekly activities are baked into evidence-based approaches. Our program is unique in that we have two phases: Program A heavily emphasizes stabilization (much like an acute care hospital); Program B focuses on resiliency, skill development, and trauma-focused care with the use of DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing
