Mental Health and Eating Disorder Recovery Program

Our carefully curated program is designed to support adolescents and adults who are living with the challenges of disordered eating patterns and co-occurring mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional dysregulation.

Living with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other emotional struggles can make daily life feel exhausting and difficult to manage. You might notice it’s harder to get through the day, feel yourself withdrawing from loved ones, or relying on things like food, distraction, or control as a way to cope.

Our team knows that living with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other emotional struggles can make daily life feel exhausting and unmanageable.

Some people even notice it’s harder to get through the day, feel themselves withdrawing from loved ones, or rely on things like food as a distraction. Some people use food as a way to cope or feel a sense of control. Our team empathizes and is here to help.

Offered at both the Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care, our program provides structured, evidence-based, individualized treatment. We focus on early intervention, harm reduction, and lasting recovery—addressing not only disordered eating behaviors, but also the underlying thoughts and emotions that drive them. We know that information is power, so decoding their maladaptive coping strategies helps the clients feel empowering in their treatment approach and valued in along their journey.

We provide personalized care for adolescents (ages 13-17) and adults (18+) experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and disordered eating patterns such a restriction, bingeing, purging, and body image concerns.
