For people struggling with binge eating, it can feel overwhelming, isolating, and deeply discouraging – but you’re not alone. Whether you or someone you love has been living with BED for years or recently recognizedthe signs, we’re here to support your journey toward a healthier, more balanced life. Our goal is personalized and individual to each client, but the hope remains the same: healing is possible!
The most common eating disorder among adults is Binge Eating Disorder. BED is characterized by frequent episodes of consuming large quantities of food, often in a short period, and feeling unable to stop, even when full. These episodes are often followed by feelings of shame, guilt, or overall distress.
BED is not about willpower or dieting—it’s a mental health condition that requires thoughtful, evidence-based treatment.
Whether it’s managing a career, raising a family, or navigating past traumas, we understand the demands of adult life. Our BED programs are designed to meet you (or your loved one) where they are, with an emphasis on real-life integration, emotional healing and regulation, and lasting benefits of healing with evidence-based approaches.

What to expect
Supportive Daily Schedule
Group therapy provides a space for shared understanding and connection, while individual sessions offer personalized, one-on-one support. Our licensed clinicians use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other modalities proven effective for treating Binge Eating Disorder.

Healing your relationship with food is a core part of recovery. You’ll work closely with registered dietitians to understand the nutritional aspects of BED, challenge diet culture beliefs, and develop a sustainable approach to eating.
Community meals and individual meal planning sessions are integrated into programming, helping you practice mindful eating and reduce shame and anxiety around food.
